About
I have a decade of career capital, including leading cross-functional teams at national scale — managing $17M program portfolios, designing evaluation systems, and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. I learned to think in systems: how information flows, where coordination breaks down, and what makes complex projects actually ship.
Now I do the same thing with AI.
I build tools that sit at the boundary between humans and AI systems. Threadlinking is a published npm package that preserves decision context across AI sessions. Apo is a prototype framework for structured intent specification — a way to capture what you actually want before an LLM starts building. Both grew out of the same question: how do you make AI collaboration actually work?
I'm looking for a role focused on human-AI interaction — somewhere I can be both strategic and hands-on, on a small team building something that matters.
